ভারতের কমিউনিস্ট পার্টি (মার্কসবাদী) ৯ জুলাই ২০২৫ এর সাধারণ ধর্মঘটের সাফল্যের জন্য শ্রমজীবী জনগণকে আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন জানাচ্ছে।

একাধিক প্রতিবেদন অনুযায়ী, বিভিন্ন স্থানে পুলিশ লাঠিচার্জ করেছে এবং শ্রমিকদের ধর্মঘটে অংশগ্রহণ করা থেকে বিরত রাখার জন্য নানা ধরনের ভয়ভীতি প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করা হয়েছে। এই সমস্ত দমন-পীড়নের মুখেও সাহসিকতার সঙ্গে শ্রমিক শ্রেণি ধর্মঘটকে সফল করেছে। কৃষক, ক্ষেতমজুর এবং সমাজের অন্যান্য অংশের মানুষও শ্রমিকদের সঙ্গে সংহতি প্রকাশ করে প্রতিবাদ কর্মসূচিতে অংশগ্রহণ করেছেন।

সিপিআই(এম) সমস্ত জনগণকে অভিনন্দন জানায়, যাঁরা শ্রমিক শ্রেণির পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে এই সাধারণ ধর্মঘটকে সাফল্যমণ্ডিত করেছেন। বিজেপি নেতৃত্বাধীন কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের উচিত শ্রমিক বিরোধী শ্রম কোড এবং নীতির বিরুদ্ধে ওঠা কণ্ঠস্বরকে গুরুত্ব সহকারে শোনা। অবিলম্বে শ্রম আইন সংশোধন প্রত্যাহার করে শ্রমজীবী জনগণের অধিকার রক্ষা করতে হবে।

The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) has issued the following statement:

Congratulations to Working Class on Successful General Strike

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) congratulates the working class for the successful general strike held today, 9 July 2025.

Reports show that the police resorted to lathi charge in various places and attempts were made to intimidate workers from participating in the general strike. Braving all such attacks, the strike was held successfully. Kisan, agricultural workers and various sections of the people too joined the workers in solidarity and held protest demonstrations.

The CPI(M) congratulates all the people who stood with the working class and made this general strike a huge success. The BJP led central government should listen to the voices against the labour codes and its anti worker policies. It should immediately rescind the amendments to the labour laws and protect the rights of the working class.
